CONDUCTORS : The conductors are drawn from bright electrolytic grade copper and annealed conductors are bunched together.

INSULATION : Bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated, in - house developed PVC compound with high insulation resistance values. The insulation process is carried out on modern high speed extrusion lines with high accuracy, ensuring consistency in performance.

SHEATH : In case of multi core cables. The insulated cores are laid up to form the core assembly. The sheathing is provided with specially formulated PVC compound to faciliate not only ease in stripping but also to withstand mechanical abrasion while in use.

QUALITY CONTROL : High quality standard are inbuilt into every "AVOCAB" product. Rigid test and checks at every stage form raw material through manufacturing stage and finally up to the finished product ensure that "AVOCAB" cables meet National standards and consumer approval.

"AVOCAB" PVC insulated single core and multi core sheathed cables are manufactured as per IS 694/1990 in sizes from 0.5 sq. mm in single core and sizes 0.5 sq. mm to 4 sq. mm up to 5 cores. These sizes carry ISI mark and are duly approved by TAC. The rest of the sizes also generally confirm to IS : 694/1990.

Cables as per BS 6004/1991 and BS : 6500/1990 are also available.
